You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@freetree.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You may only create one account per email address. Account names (URL slugs) are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be transferred.

You retain ownership of all content you post on FreeTree, including links, images and text. By posting content on FreeTree you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. You warrant that you have the right to post any content you submit, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. FreeTree accepts no responsibility for user-generated content.
FreeTree is provided entirely free of charge. We make no charge for creating or maintaining an account, and there are no premium tiers or paid features. The Service is provided as a courtesy and may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice and without liability to you.

FreeTree pages may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy practices or availability of those websites. Links do not constitute endorsement by FreeTree.
You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent — all your data will be irreversibly removed.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we choose to discontinue the Service. We accept no liability for any loss arising from such termination.
